Where each role goes

Everyone still uses one Pathway account created on the platform website login flow.
Access rules (plain English)
Section titled “Access rules (plain English)”- Athletes and parents can sign up publicly.
- Coaches are reviewed by Pathway before they can see athlete data or use coach tools.
- Athletes must join a team before daily check-ins and progress trends unlock.
- Parents never see an athlete’s data until the athlete approves the connection.
- One Pathway account works across the platform website and AthleteIQ.
What each role can do (summary)
