How we work
Pathway is designed around trust and clarity. If you’re joining as a family member, coach, or program partner, these rules explain why the product feels the way it does — and what to expect when something is locked.
One account for everything
Section titled “One account for everything”You create one Pathway Sports Group account. That same login works across:
- The platform website — sign up, Explore, Activity, Feedback
- AthleteIQ — check-ins, goals, teams, coaching and recruiting tools
No separate passwords for each product. When CoachIQ, TeamIQ, and RecruiterIQ launch, they’ll use the same account pattern.

Most people sign up on the website, then finish role setup inside AthleteIQ.
Trust rules we don’t bend

What “locked” usually means

Character, practiced daily
Section titled “Character, practiced daily”AthleteIQ revolves around five character pillars. A short check-in each day builds streaks, scores, and trends athletes, parents, and coaches can actually use.
How partners should think about trust
Section titled “How partners should think about trust”Partners succeed when they explain the wait, not hide it:
- Coaches wait for review because families trust Pathway with athlete data
- Athletes wait for a team code because check-ins belong to a real roster
- Parents wait for athlete approval because privacy isn’t optional
