Use it to train coaches, answer family questions, and keep rollout in a predictable order: coaches first → athletes second → parents third.

Train your staff in 15 minutes
Section titled “Train your staff in 15 minutes”- Share How we work so everyone understands why things lock.
- Hand coaches the team coach getting started guide (college staff: college coach).
- Tell coaches: submit profile → notify Pathway → create team → share code — before athletes get mass invites.
- Point families to athlete and parent guides.
- Bookmark Troubleshooting and Feedback.
A simple message you can send families
Section titled “A simple message you can send families”- Athletes create one Pathway account and join with the coach’s invite code.
- Daily check-ins take a couple of minutes and build character habits over time.
- Parents can connect — only after the athlete approves.
- Product questions go to Feedback on the platform website; school logistics go to your program lead.
